At Cocalico Coffee Crafters, we are passionate about crafting good, quality coffee. Fresh coffee. Coffee you know did not sit on a shelf in between shipments. Coffee that is organically grown and sourced right from the farm in the mountaintops of Haiti. Using organic farming methods and high altitude, we offer a low acid coffee bean that is smooth and rich. These beans are from farmers who are paid an above ethical wage, empowering them to provide well for their families. We roast in small micro batches, on site, every week.
Cocalico Coffee Crafters was founded in 2021 after a year long vision for better coffee. With a heart for missions and an entrepreneurial spirit, we took time to sip, pray, and learn about what makes coffee good. After a few different tries, we were thrilled to get connected with farmers who are passionate about good coffee just like we are. Our coffee beans are ethically farmed by farmers in Haiti with Avanti Coffee Company. Today, that same coffee is served fresh every day at our café in Ephrata, PA, alongside a scratch made breakfast and lunch menu that is 90% seed oil free. Whether you're grabbing a latte to go or settling in with family, our doors are open to everyone.
